Job Description:
Compliance Team develops a systemic approach to assess and identify risks across the organization. Conducts quarterly and annual access control reviews to re-certify system access. Empower the business to recover and adapt to changing circumstances, while remaining operational, with minor inconvenience or loss of revenue. Produce artifacts to validate complicit status to audit team. Facilitate the tracking and remediation of vulnerabilities and/or POA&Ms assigned to platforms. Assists client in transitioning to AWS pipelines from on-premise status. Provides guidance and hands-on approach with data migration from DB2 to SQL plans. Ensure contingency and business impact plans are current and in place, should there be a disaster to catastrophic event. Required Skills:
Certification:
PMP cert highly desired, or must be obtained within 6 months of start date. Minimum of (5) years of relevant Cybersecurity experience, specifically in Compliance Controls Identify,document, develop and document framework for contingency planning in accordance with controls established in NIST regulations 800-53. Ability to effectively communicate security requirements to various audiences including management, business stakeholders, and technical staff that are apart of other areas in Cybersecurity. Oversees and facilitates access control reviews, vulnerabilities management, and contingency planning implemented by FTE's. Plans and schedules quarterly and annual reviews as well as testing and subsequent events or exercises. Ensure that the business is compliant and aligned with the NIST framework and controls in 800-53. Experience with Microsoft Office products, JIRA tools. Strong communication (verbal and written) skills and experience. Clearance:

$80K -- $100K
