Talent Sourcing Consultant - Remote/hybrid

How you will make a difference everyday:
With a Sourcing focus, you would act as a subject matter expert to strategize and consult, on a universal level, targeting and deploying searches and campaigns to engage top-industry talent creating current and future pipelines for niche roles and organizational expansions. We'll ask you to create and maintain engaging email drip campaign messaging, newsletter communications, and landing page content and design in our CRM (Avature), helping us engage in meaningful conversation with passive talent. You'll be challenged to continuously explore new/emerging sourcing & marketing technology solutions to ensure UMB is at the forefront of candidate discovery and engagement. You'll manage our outreach of passive candidates to build a talent community and virtual bench of talent for UMB. As the sourcing world continues to evolve, your expertise and recommendations will greatly influence the Talent Marketing & Sourcing team as it continues to develop and grow in both resources and impact. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, HR or related field 5 years of talent acquisition/sourcing experience OR any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background Experience in employer brand, recruitment marketing, talent sourcing or talent acquisition Demonstrated knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean logic and open-web intelligence sourcing platforms Demonstrated oral, written and c-suite level communication skills Understanding and proficiency in social media platforms for networking and talent sourcing Demonstrated working knowledge of employment branding Why UMB's Talent Acquisition team:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
