Responsibilities:
Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business Determine new customers' insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims
Qualifications:
Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Client service experience as a sales representative a plus Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office products About Company Devotion to its policy owners has led New York Life to over 176 years of industry success.
