Conduct outreach to the community, build relationships with professional referral sources, plan and attend special events in the community and conduct tours and assessments for prospective residents.
Plan, coordinate and facilitate new residents' move and admission to the community.
Assist with and/or develop, implement, and evaluate marketing plan for McCrite Plaza; work closely with members of the marketing team on innovative sales and marketing ideas.
Manage content on all McCrite social media platforms.
Oversee, recommend, and promote activities that are designed to engage residents in the culture of active senior living as part of the McCrite retention program.
Collaborate with other members of staff in consultative discussions regarding residents with high acuity.
