Position Description:
Under the supervision of In-patient Supervisor, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing nursing care, support and education to terminally ill patients and their family members in accordance with agency policies.
The RN assists in ensuring continuity of care and quality clinical operations while facilitating communication between leadership and facility staff.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Requirements:
Valid, unencumbered Missouri RN license Minimum of one year experience in caring for actively dying patients, preferred Ability to develop rapport and communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, social workers, patients and families; necessary skills to prepare and present information in oral and written formats Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; must schedule and manage time effectively Reliable transportation needed CPR certification required.
