Seeking a self-starter, who is dependable with good people skills and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER-SERVICE skills.
The desired candidate should have the following skills:
Have amazing customer service and phone skills, love talking to new people and going beyond to get the job done Be able to schedule showings Compile and manage tenant files to ensure compliance Schedule and oversee maintenance calls to apartment units Collaborate with Property Manager to ensure all duties are handled on time Job Requirements will include but are not limited to:
Master organizer - having things in their place makes you happy High school diploma/GED required 2
years' experience in residential property management preferred Computer savvy:
strong grasp of office software systems including MS Office, Adobe, Property Manager Software (Yardi experience a plus), etc.
Excellent problem solving, communication, and time management skills Job Type:
