As an Email Marketing Specialist at Martin City Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage target audiences, generate leads, and maximize client success.
Your expertise in email marketing strategies and techniques will play a vital role in driving our clients' business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and monitor end-to-end email marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with clients' objectives and brand guidelines.
Proactively Plans and Executes email campaigns that target customers at different stages of the lifecycle, including acquisition, activation and retention Create compelling email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action that resonate with target audiences and drive desired actions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including account managers, designers, and copywriters, to ensure seamless integration of email campaigns into overall marketing strategies.
Segment email lists based on demographics, preferences, and behavior to deliver personalized and relevant content that enhances engagement.
Continuously optimize email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions through performance analysis and testing.
Conduct A/B tests on various email elements, such as subject lines, layouts, and CTAs, to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to clients.
Utilize email marketing platforms (e.

, MailChimp, HubSpot) to manage and deploy email campaigns, ensuring efficient workflows and accurate reporting.
Analyze campaign data, generate reports on key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to clients to drive improvements and achieve goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms, such as MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including list segmentation, deliverability, and A/B testing.
Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
