Summary:
The Entry Level Assistant will be responsible for administrative support for their assigned department.
The agent will represent the company and must dress and be professional.
The qualified candidate must also be eager and willing to learn.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:
00 am - 4:

Responsibilities:
Follow and comply with all aspects of the department's work procedures and policies.
Properly update client files and log appropriate information in computer system.
Appropriately handle both inbound and outbound telephone calls.
Duties will include but not be limited to data entry, mailings, scanning and copying.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of office experience.
Requires functional knowledge of the legal process and PC software to include Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good history of work attendance and longevity.
Excellent verbal and written communication in a customer service environment.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to positively and effectively interact with management and staff.
Ability to multi-task in high paced environment.
