Security Personnel
Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons, staff, and property.
Monitor entrances and exits, checking IDs and enforcing venue policies.
Conduct routine patrols to detect and prevent any potential security breaches.
Respond promptly and efficiently to incidents, diffusing conflicts when necessary.
Collaborate with management and staff to implement security protocols and emergency procedures.
Handle any disruptive or unruly behavior with professionalism and in accordance with established guidelines.
Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with inquiries or concerns.
Requirements:
Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred.
But not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities.
Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Knowledge of local and State liquor laws and regulations.
