Ensure a high focus on determining members' needs and cross-selling appropriate services while continually building and enhancing member relationships.
Opens new member accounts; including CDs, Money Market, Savings etc.
Understands and applies savings and lending policies and procedures for possible sales opportunities.
Assists with vault cash and member financial transactions.
Assists in meeting and exceeding individual, team and credit union goals.
Requirements:
Education and Experience Three or more years' experience in a financial institution along with a 4 year degree in a related field preferred.
Three or more years' experience in a financial institution or retail sales position where sales was required may substitute for a degree.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong Knowledge of sales and service techniques.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good problem resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Ability to communicate effectively.
