2K a year 17 hours ago 17 hours ago 17 hours ago Job Description The Employee Relations Partner will serve as a strategic partner in facilitating the effective handling of complex employee relations matters throughout the health system.
This will include providing coaching and guidance to Human Resources staff and managers.
This position will also help mediate discussions between managers and employees to bring about resolution, while ensuring compliance with workplace standards, legal regulations and confidentiality.
Work in collaboration with both system In-house and outside counsel to interpret and execute Federal and State regulations, SLHS policies and procedures, in the area of employee relations.
Partner with Employee Relations Director and entity HR Leadership to help develop a successful Employee Relations Program.
