Guard must be 27 years of age or older (per insurance policy) Guard must hold a valid driver's license with clean record.
Guard must be responsible and dependable.
Guard must have the ability to work independently.
Guard must be able to obtain a Kansas City Guard card.
This job will require the guard to drive to multiple locations around the city checking on properties to insure they are secure.
Must be able to navagate through a smart phone to clock in and out, and write daily reports using an app.
