As a Commercial Payments Product Manager, you'll support the growth and profitability of the assigned product(s), including the identification and development of new product opportunities.
You will work closely with the Commercial Segment sales organization, marketing, bank operations, IT, legal and compliance to accomplish this goal.
About This Job:
This position supports the strategic development and direction of the Banks Commercial Depository products which includes commercial deposit accounts, interest rates, sweep products, account analysis and various internal reporting.
You will support the growth and profitability of our Commercial Depository products as well as the identification and development of new product opportunities.
A successful candidate will have a broad base of analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills and will work within a team to research and develop products, aid in the completion of testing and help perform analytical reporting and research.
Essential Functions Contribute to the development and implementation of product strategy and functionality with management oversight Maintain open communication across multiple lines of business, including sales, marketing, operations and IT Build / maintain an understanding of the industry and competitive landscape related to the assigned product(s) Gain insight into customer needs and identify opportunities that solve market problems Gather and analyze depository and pricing data for assigned product set Coordinate and facilitate testing of assigned depository products Respond to questions and training needs for assigned depository products Participate in team meetings related to their product(s) and provide meaningful feedback and insights Contribute to the product rollout alongside partners including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, IT, Customer Support Prepare materials and presentations to share with key partners, as needed Proactively recommend process improvements Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience with AQT, SQL, SAP Business Ojbects, PowerBI or other analytical tools Intermediate or better level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required 2
