SAP LSMW Analyst
Must have LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) knowledge.

Looking for SAP generalist who can analyze and resolve issues, coordinate data migration and roll-out SAP solutions to new operating companies.
1.
Research and analyze basic and complex issues.
2.
Identify enhancement opportunities.
3.
Create development specs and test scenarios.
4.
Assist in migration/SAP Roll-out to new operating companies.
5.
Generalist - knowledgeable in at least 2 of the following modules/Supported at least 2 of the following modules.
o FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) and Asset Management or o SD-MM (Sales & Distribution / Materials Management) or o PS-SD (Project Systems / Sales & Distribution) o OR HRCM (Human Capital Management) o Does not necessarily have deep knowledge on all modules but trainable on multiple modules.
6.
SAP configuration experience.
7.
Collaborate with business users and management for process improvements.
8.
Develop, test and implement SAP solutions to improve usability, stability and functionality to meet business objectives.
9.
Understand non-SAP business systems and develop integration with SAP.
10.
Perform all duties according to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1.
Degree in Information Systems or equivalent2.
10
years' experience with SAP configurations and enhancements in any modules (PS/SD/FICO/MM/HR).
Implementation project experience a plus.
3.
Cross functional experience in one or more of the following areas:
Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Project to Cash, Contract to Cash, Organization Management, Personnel Administration, and Time Management.
4.
Leadership in development, implementation, SAP user support and process integration.
5.
Ability to relate technical ideas and functionality to non-technical users.
6.
Systems implementation skills - requirements gathering, process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support.
