Payroll & HR Administrator
POSITIONWould you like to be a part of our team? If so, as a part of our Payroll & HR team you will:
Administer and maintain several functions of HR including employee relations, benefits, HRIS, payroll and training.
Review timecard records, pay rates, hours, employee data and other information for accuracy and investigate and correct any discrepancies.
Communicate with restaurant managers regarding any payroll issues or changes.
Manage and enter referral bonuses.
Calculate vacation accruals.
Process and enter garnishments and child support orders.
Approve and maintain employee benefit elections.
Perform database maintenance.
Create and run reports.
Answer phone calls and emails from employees to answer various questions and help resolve issues.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience:
At least 2 years processing payrollSKILLS:
High level attention to detail Strong math skills Demonstrate critical thinking and judgment Ability to research and apply problem solving techniques.
Use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Work in an environment of continuous process improvement.
Meet deadlines and multi-task Work with minimal supervisionCHARACTERISTICS:
Self-motivation, initiative, attention to detail, organization, documentation, and follow through.
Communicate and work with employees at all levels and maintain excellent employee relations and ability to treat confidential information with professionalism and strict discretion.
PREFERENCES:
