ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Supervises all aspects of slot and beverage operations for assigned shift for Harrah's NKC creating a differentiated service experience and ensuring optimum performance of all.
Achieves desired results in all areas of responsibility through staff development and training programs, established methods, procedures and guidelines to maintain desired standards, and high quality service.
Then, monitors results through inspection, evaluation and analysis.
Makes changes if necessary to achieve end result.
Accountability for all team members for day to day and long term operations to include hiring, training and developing employees which includes coaching, mentoring and appropriate performance management up to and including separation.
Responsible for coordinating work flow during shift to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction.
Familiarization with all Harrah's Brand programs and systems.
Responsible for the overall integrity of daily operations, ensures compliance with all regulatory, internal control, and policies and procedures.
Builds guest relations through visibility to customer, soliciting/requesting feedback, and responding to guest concerns appropriately and professionally to resolve any issues.
Presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's and encourages others to do the same.
Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
Ensures accountability of all transactions through verification and documentation of exchanges.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
Must be 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License.
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Minimum six months to a year cash handling experience strongly preferred within high volume industries.
Must have excellent customer service/communication skills.
Knowledgeable in data entry, read and interpret output from a computer Ability to operate handheld device (iPad or iTouch) to take beverage orders.
Qualifications:
WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino.
Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, as well as lie on back to work inside the confines of a slot cabinet for long periods of time.
Must be able to push and lift weight up to 40 pounds.
Must be able to see small objects in poorly lit areas.
Must be able to work in areas containing high noise levels and secondary smoke.
Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
Must possess ability to analyze computer generated reports on various slot products/performance

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
