DOESUMMARYThe Quality Assurance Assistant is responsible for ensuring that the vehicles, facilities and services provided by Life Unlimited meet our quality and compliance standards.
BASIC FUNCTIONS AND GENERAL
Responsibilities:
Perform monthly home and site inspections.
Conduct inspections of Life Unlimited facilities and vehicles as scheduled Perform minor maintenance activities such as HVAC filter replacements, fire extinguisher inspections, first aid and emergency kit updates and other duties as assigned.
Maintains on-line records as required.
Reviews and reports on program compliance Assists in performing Team Player Dream Slayer observations.
Works with Quality Assurance Specialist to compile data on a monthly basis.
Assist with satisfaction surveys.
Assist as needed with external audit preparation.
All other duties as assigned.
Physical ExpectationsThis position requires extended periods of walking and standing with some periods of sitting.
It may require light (5 lbs.
) to heavy lifting (30 lbs.
) and occasional stooping, kneeling, and/or bending.
May also require occasional climbing of small ladders.
An individual in this position may need to drive a vehicle to resources in the community.
There may be extended periods of using a computer and/or calculator.
Working ConditionsOffice/home environment with noises from appliances, office equipment and telephones.
The employee may be exposed to bloodborne pathogens and/or infectious diseases, extreme heat and/or cold, and potentially toxic fumes, liquids, insects, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED required.
Basic knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
The ability to effectively and efficiently use computers or mobile devices to input, access, modify, or output information.
This includes the ability to quickly access, store and retrieve data.
Safe driving record Must obtain a Class E driver's license during new hire orientation.
Must carry minimum coverage applicable by law for auto insurance.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
