Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on the activity at your assigned location.
You provide rapid response in critical situations.
Entry control responsibilities including checking in authorized visitors, contractors, and vendors.
into the site using metal detector wands, x-ray machines, and hand checking.
Reporting anything out of the ordinarydamages, trespassers and etc.
Notifying personnel of any situation requiring immediate attention.
Monitoring public garage structures.
Maintain and monitor ALL visitors.
Your background:
You have a high school education or equivalent (GED).
You're able to pass an extensive screening process.
Customer service skills/experience.
Communication/interpersonal skills.
KCMO security license or ability to obtain (will help to obtain if needed).
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time (varies on security post).
Must be CPR
AED certified (GARDAWORLD will help to obtain through training).
Valid driver's license and clean driving record if security posts operate company vehicles.
At least 18 years of age due to the contractual obligation for nondriving security posts or 21 years of age for security posts that operate company vehicles.
