Manages technology projects through the entire project lifecycle which includes, managing multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to their conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring cross-project requirements are identified and detailed for cohesive design and end user experience.
Provides guidance and design direction to teams and departments to resolve functionality and implementation issues.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions Work with stakeholders to understand strategic direction and develop a roadmap to maximize results against those objectives.
Collaborates with technical and functional system owners to quickly define, build, test, iterate and deliver on customer-facing features.
Partners with UX to ensure UX requirements are captured in user stories.
Prioritizes iteration and defect backlog grooming.
Guides the delivery of leading-edge solution functionality and data through all customer workflows across all applicable technologies.
Reviews, plans and implements patches and upgrades.
Leads well-defined translation of customer requirements into use cases that allow development teams to rapidly and efficiently deliver customer value.
Performs proper risk and impact assessments during change management cycles.
Provides guidance and design direction to teams and departments to resolve functionality and implementation issues.
Manages external partners to drive high quality results and effectively manage cost.
Works as a team member in various groups to help influence how technology can best be used to enable or enhance business processes and customer experience.
Provides support, maintenance, enhancement analysis/implementations, configurations, upgrades and develops training documentation to support Business Technology systems.
Leads planning sessions, providing the clarifications necessary to assist the team with their story estimates and sequencing.
Coordinates development work streams across multiple platforms to deliver experiences exceeding customer expectations.
Leverages design processes and tools (e.
g.
, wireframes, prototypes, personas, research, journey maps, etc.
) to help take digital solutions from concept to launch.
Collaborates, leads and directs work effort across distributed teams.
Effectively communicates the systems processes and procedures to the organization.
Builds a sustainable internal/external network that provides access to information and resources.
Nonessential Functions Participates, creates, contributes and/or facilitates ongoing training for application functionality, best practices and lunch and learn topics.
Performs off-hours support as needed.
Maintains business continuity and disaster recovery test documentation as it relates to the functional area(s).
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or designate.
Qualifications 4 Year STEM Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 year of relevant work experience.
Advanced understanding of relational databases, client-server applications.
Experience in project management best practices and agile development procedures.
Strong knowledge of Ecommerce and/or Product Information Management solutions with an emphasis on user experience and web-based technology and functionality.
Familiarity with related languages including but not limited to SQL, ABAP, Java and.
Net is a plus.
Proficient level knowledge of PC, Windows, Microsoft Office365 Suite, and Internet.
Skills and Abilities Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively plan and organize.
Excellent customer service skills include being competent, accurate, responsive, and engaged.
Strong communications skills with a wide range of audiences (technical and non-technical), and in a wide range of settings (e.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
