This opportunity entails being responsible for providing functional and technical in-depth analyses in support of HRIS.
This position researches, analyzes and maintains HRIS in support of human resources administration and projects.
Continually monitors information needs and modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements.
Serves as liaison with information technology staff in resolving programming and related problems.
What You'll Do:
Maintains, evaluates, troubleshoots and ensures data integrity of HRIS by performing routine audits of HRIS.
Works with as a part of the larger HRIS team to ensure data integrity.
Tests issues and system changes, writes reports, analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities and completes documentation on system and various modifications.
Serves as liaison between specific user areas such as HR, Total Rewards, Payroll and IT to define business problems and opportunities for improvement.
Recommends and implements business process design and analysis to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts Assists in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system releases.
Documents process and results.
Creates standard reporting and works with HR staff on special reporting needs required for various areas of HR.
Designs and generates ad-hoc management reports to satisfy specific needs.
Provides timely responses to all management and user requests for HRIS resources.
Prepares statistical summaries and special reports from HRIS.

Maintains all system and process related documentation and updates.
Assists on a variety of projects including program design and analysis, and works with IT developers on implementation of new programs.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field and 3 years HR system experience, including but not limited to HRIS, Benefits, Performance Management and Recruiting, or Master's degree in relevant field and 2 years HR system experience, including but not limited to HRIS, Benefits, Performance Management and Recruiting, or In lieu of education, 7 years HR and/or HRIS experienceWhat You'll Bring:
HRIS experience configuring Workday Experience creating/modifying reports and dashboards in Workday Experience creating test plans, scenarios and scripts Experience with SharePoint Online Experience with personal computer applications Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications Working knowledge of HRIS software applications and productsAdditional InformationClick here for benefits information:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
