RN - Med Surg Unit
Job DescriptionThe OpportunitySaint Luke's North in North Kansas City, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse for their growing Medical Surgical Unit.
This location has recently expanded services and looking to add additional top performers to their team.
As a nurse on this unit you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide care to patients with a variety of conditions, acuity levels, telemetry monitoring status, and treatment plans.
This nursing position will provide you with variety in your day-to-day and allow you to expand and grow your nursing skills.
Shift Details:
6:
45 pm to 7:
15 amThe Work Utilizes?the nursing process Performs?patient care Delegates?patient care tasks Supervises?other patient care staff Coordinates?the plan of care for a group of assigned patients Consults?with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes Demonstrates?proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures We are looking for a top performing experienced nurse who takes initiative, demonstrates positivity, high energy, enjoys helping others and keeping a team moving forward.
To be successful, you will need to be team and patient centered.
You will need to be able to work as a team and independently.
