Provides proactive management of complex applications in a highly integrated environment.
In addition to performing day-to-day application support responsibilities this position serves a consultative role for customers; working with end-users to design efficient workflows that make the most of available automation.
The application systems analyst is responsible for running customer facing Change AdvisoryBoards and for maintaining customer engagement.
Experience:
5
yrs.
working with information systems and healthcare related applications and programs.
2 yrs.
experience in a healthcare facility or with a health care system.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
High level of skill with a PC, familiarity with Windows Operating Systems, Expert in Microsoft Office programs, working understanding of general database principles and how data is stored, working understanding of general networking principles, working understanding of web-based systems.
