With our growth in sales & estimating we are expanding our presence in this market that covers West of Sedalia MO to Salina KS.
We are looking for an Experienced Construction Material Business Development Manager, not just an order taker.
This person must possess the knowledge, skills, and experience to Close the Sale with a proven track record.

Position
Summary:
Grow Castle Stone Products exposure and sales within the region while supporting existing accounts.
Responsible for maintaining and growing sales with existing account base.
Visit job sites and offices of existing accounts to build strong relationships.
Field prospecting to Architects, Mason Contractors, Home Builders & General Contractors.
Daily Field and Phone prospecting to grow existing account base.
Following up on leads.
We generate a lot of viable leads for new and future projects that need to be contacted.
Maintain accurate notes and updates on daily field activities and accounts.
Actively participate in all company meetings.
Need to be a team player who can envision the same family environment that works hard together towards the success and growth of Castle Stone Products.
Preferred Experience Strong prospecting techniques and closing skills.
Exceptional organizational & time management skills.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
A working knowledge of construction building plans.
Dependable and flexible Job Type:
Full-time with health benefits after 90 days.
Compensation:
Competitive Salary with car allowance Plus Commission.
With existing accounts and your ability to Close the Sale, first year potential is over $100,000 in earnings.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check, drug test, and physical exam Job Type:
