We are hiring a full-time scheduler for our Plaza Medical Education Internal Medicine Clinic.
The Shift:
This is a full-time day shift positon working Monday through Friday The Work:
Position provides excellent customer service to patients, families, physicians, physician offices, the community and internal departments throughout SLHS This position will answer calls coming into the clinic Scheduling appointments, determining financial accountability, providing information about upcoming appointments Proactively problem-solving concerns and issues Providing patient instructions Able to answer scheduling calls with minimal support.
Demonstrates quality customer service.
