What you'll do:
Participate fully in assuring that CBM is a safe, functional, and effective environment for patients, employees, and visitors.
Will report any issues and intervene as appropriate.
Demonstrate competency in the core principles of Trauma Informed Care as it relates to both employees and clients, focusing on safety, and building strength and resilience.
Maintain communications and effective working relationship with the COO, discipline directors, and program leadership to enhance the effectiveness of risk management services.
Review client incidents of aggression and self-harm; assess staffs' application of approved behavioral management interventions during incidents.
Provide feedback to leadership, treatment teams, and staff development on staffs' use of behavioral management interventions.
Report any incidents of employee misconduct, abuse, neglect, or other potential policy violations to COO and investigator for further review.
Collaborate with quality department in collecting data about clients incidents of aggression and self-harm and staffs' use of approved behavioral management interventions.
Collaborate with staff development in developing and implementing training materials.
Serve on the steering committee for approved behavioral management interventions.
Facilitate training as needed.
Attend committees and meetings to report on Risk Management.
Organize and manage storage of any saved videos of client incidents.
Key contributor to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy by recommending, developing, implementing, and managing organizational diversity related strategies, programs, and initiatives.
All you need for success:
A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following:
Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Counseling, Nursing, or closely related field; and three or more years of professional experience in mental health, social services, rehabilitation, OR inpatient hospital services.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
