SCOPE OF
Responsibilities:
Directly partners with the Education attorneys to support multiple facets of the education practice group.
This will include drafting proposals for work, collaborating with the Firm's Marketing and Client Development groups, collaborating with the Firm's Pricing groups, creating and updating client facing training materials, organizing in-person and virtual client facing trainings and events, and coordinating for the needs of education focused sponsorships and conferences.
This candidate works directly with the attorneys, in-house teams and clients to ensure overall client services.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Drafts proposals for work to existing clients.
Drafts proposals for work to prospective clients.
Serves as education subject matter specialist with RFP team on education submissions.
Works to update and create marketing material for the education practice (web, collateral, ads, etc.
).
Creates and updates training materials for clients and HB training events.
Works with attorneys, coordinates client training logistics (end-to-end) (i.
e.
, Title IX, Back-to-School).
Recommends marketing strategies and courses of action and oversees implementation of processes.
Coordinates collateral and logistics for sponsorships and conferences.
Attends and provides support at conferences.
Works with Events team to facilitate business development events and webinars.
Regularly communicates with clients, attorneys, in-house clients, paralegals, marketing members and other participants in the transactions to ensure the proper follow-through on education projects and matters.
Assists with marketing support for HB Innovations projects (i.
e.
, Clery Compliance Toolset) Copes successfully with office demands, remaining calm under pressure.
Conducts all business in a confidential manner.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to travel to conferences and set up and support exhibit booths; overnight travel expected several times a year.
POSITION-
Specific Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years relevant higher education experience.
Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree or higher education preferred.
Marketing experience preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
