Airport Security Screener
Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group has partnered with a leading aviation security firm that is seeking 50 career-minded individuals to join their Security Screening team.
This is a full-time opportunity to put your customer service and critical thinking skills to work while ensuring the safety of the traveling public and a defined career progression.

Responsibilities:
Continuously and effectively interacting with the public by giving specific directions and responding to inquiries, while ensuring the highest levels of customer service and professionalism Ability to stand and assist customers for long periods of time Exhibit effective decision making in both routine and distracting environments Move equipment and lifting up to 50 pounds Experience needed to be successful:
No prior screening experience is required; all required training is provided and compensated Must possess excellent communication skills with proficiency in the English language; ability to read, write, speak and comprehend Able to work irregular hours and/or shifts including holidays and weekends.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Work Status of U.
S.
Citizen Ability to clear background, drug, and credit check Meet set medical standards - hearing, vision screening, color test, and agility Compensation:
Hourly Wage:
$18.
00/hr Total compensation:
$25.
88/hr including hours wage, benefits, and retirement options.
