Consult with other team members (e.

Classroom Teachers, direct staff, therapists, parents, etc) to optimize delivery of services in areas such as identifying reinforcers, utilizing motivation systems, prompting strategies, data collection systems, task analyses, and provide coaching to staff based on BCBA recommendations Provide direct behavioral services such as conducting functional behavior assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, provide direct intervention, etc Train staff on behavioral procedures to ensure consistency and integrity in the administration of behavior intervention plans Work collaboratively with other members of clients' teams (e.
g.
, Teachers, Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, direct staff, administrators, parents, etc) to provide necessary supports and ensure adequate progress Perform other professional duties as needed to support the functions of the department.
