With the challenging job market, ongoing recruiting, screening, and hiring has grown significantly in importance.
Our team needs a go-to person to not only help with recruitment and hiring, as well as onboarding, training, and safety oversight.
In addition to the employee support role, this new hire may be responsible for miscellaneous office duties.

Responsibilities include:
-Assist management with hiring and recruitment -Employee onboarding and training -Review and oversee employee safety -Monitor key HR metrics such as payroll administration -Accounts payable/receivable/collections -Sales commission calculation and reconciliation of driver turn-ins -Call director responsibilities Musts have skills -2 years HR or office administration experience -Friendly, people person -Detail oriented -Team player -Excellent planning/organizing Skills -Good problem solving skills Pay and Benefits -Full-time -Starting pay $37,500 - Medical/Dental/Life Insurance - 401k - Profit sharing - Long term disability Job Type:
