Computer Technician
An Insight Global client is looking for twodesktopsupporttechnicians to join their team of 10 in either Kansas City, MO.
In this role you will be backing up the primary resource for PC Refresh, as well as troubleshooting and configuring Dell laptops and PCs.
You will also serve as first point ofcontact for any IT-related issues, troubleshoot devices (PC, laptops, printers, etc.
) and document tasks within ServiceNow ticketing system.
The ideal candidate will come from multiple years of professional experience in a similar type role and have prior experience imaging and building machines.
Additional knowledge and some hands-on experience will be required with Active Directory and InTune.
Holding a A
or Network
certification is preferred.
Experience troubleshooting and working within ServiceNow A
or Network
Certification 3
experience in a professional experience in adesktopsupportrole Prior experience with PC refresh - imaging machines and building laptops General knowledge of Active Directory and InTune Experience configuration Windows 10 Very documentation oriented Recommended Skills Construction Plant Operation Imaging Microsoft Windows Problem Solving Servicenow Active Directory Group Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
