This role is a hybrid role, with 3 days working remotely and 2 days in office.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain ECR's in Spectrum for all US Employeeso Return from Time Off Requestso Data Changes Position Changes Job Information Changeso Ad-Hoc Pay Rate Changeso Pay Scale Level Changeso Promotionso Transferso New Hires/Rehireso Terminations o Ensure compliance with Federal & State payroll legislation and company policy o Responsible for making decisions regarding employee/branch requests o Maintain employee records as per Government regulations o Manage payroll ticket system o Process Garnishments o Process Union Payments for All US o Validate Union updates o Investigate union discrepancies o Liaison with branches on payroll related items o Maintain confidentiality o Ad-Hoc Reporting o Other duties as assignedSkills/Qualifications o o Viewpoint Spectrum experience preferred o Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office o Strong time management, organizational and problem solving skills o Accuracy and attention to detail a must o Ability to work independently and as part of a team o Construction and union payroll experience is preferred o Certified payroll and union reporting experience is an asset o Experience with E-mars, LCPTracker and Union reporting a plus o APA Certification an asset SAP Success Factors experience preferred Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Confidentiality Construction Issue Tracking Systems Laws Microsoft Office Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
