30 (eligible for shift differential pay) 40 hour work week As a personal banker you will:
Assists with member financial transactions.
Assists in meeting and exceeding individual, team and credit union goals.
Provide top notch customer service to members.
Ensure a high focus on determining members' needs Cross-selling appropriate services and building and enhancing member relationships.
Opens new member accounts; including CDs, Money Market, Savings etc.
, Understands and applies savings and lending policies and procedures Requirements:
Education and Experience Two or more years' experience in a financial institution or retail sales position required.
Four year degree may substitute for experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong knowledge of sales and service techniques.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good problem resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Ability to communicate effectively.
