Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated support for MacBook's within the larger team structure.
Utilize JAMF for efficient MAC device management.
Collaborate with team members handling Windows devices to ensure comprehensive IT support.
Support approximately 900 end users and devices, both onsite and remote.
Work within CST hours, with flexibility to accommodate business needs.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in MAC support, with a focus on MacBook devices.
Familiarity with JAMF for MAC device management.
Ability to collaborate within a larger team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to varying business needs and shift schedules.
Strong communication skills for effective end-user support.
