Job Description Summary The Human Resources Business Partner will, in partnership with Leadership, maintain and enhance S&G's people operations by planning, implementing, and evaluating polices, programs, and practices to enhance the S&G associate experienceThis role reports to the vice President, People StrategiesJob Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Partner with the business leaders and their teams for the development of business strategies that boost productivity and growthAnalyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies for all S&G associatesMaintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliancePartners with the legal department as needed/requiredContribute to all activities associated with human resources, including, but not limited to, Workday system management, human capital management, payroll, associate relations, performance reviews and business processesManages and resolves complex employee relations issuesConducts effective, thorough, and objective investigationsAssist recruitment efforts in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team for all positionsThis may include actively sourcing talent and interviewingConduct new hire orientations, monitoring the career path program, associate relations counseling, and exit interviewsAssist with annually updating compensation programs by conducting annual compensation review, as well as monitoring and revising the performance evaluation planLead and participate in administrative staff meetings and seminarsAlways represent S&G and its related affiliates in a professional mannerPerform other related tasks as assignedPERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skillsAbility to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activitiesAbility to work under pressure and perform multifaceted projects in conjunction with daily activitiesStrong leadership and motivational skills, as well as excellent public speaking skillsExceptional time-managementAbility to organize, coordinate and direct activitiesPractice a high level of confidentialityDemonstrated ability to interact effectively with Executives, Team Leads and other associatesStrong attention to detailSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree requiredMinimum of five (5) years of experience in the Human Resources field at a mid-large sized companyWorking knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management and federal and state respective employment lawsKnowledge of Federal, Missouri and Kansas employment laws and regulations.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
