-Experience working within a SAFe Agile framework-Ability to show a portfolio of work Day-to-Day Insight Global is looking for a UX Designer to join one of our largest logistics partners in the nation, this role would sit remotely.
This person will lead in designing engaging and effective user experiences for our client's product development, collaborating with the Product Group and Product Developers to discover, design, engineer and deliver new solutions through the entire product development lifecycle.
This person will partner with front end developers and Product Owners for engineering and standardization of solutions across the network group creating solutions to the yard management tools and dock management tools.
We are looking for designers who are passionate about understanding people, committed to lifelong learning, are creative, and driven by the love of what they do.
Duties Include:
o Apply customized user driven design practices, including specialized interviewing and statistical product site data, to understand business process elements, user experience and potential problem situations in designing solutions o Discover user needs and balance them across business objectives o Create & Maintain product user personas, process, journey maps, empathy maps, and story maps o Create and test product concepts, wireframes, designs, and prototypes for experimentation and development o Prepare and conduct qualitative/quantitative product user research along with the Product Manager/Owner o Collaboration in definition of visual design standards for consistent look and feel branding o Maintain knowledge on current industry trends and market conditions to keep the FedEx brand relevant, while promoting innovation Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Angular4 Branding Business Planning Business Processes Css Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
