Training Content Developer responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Formulates learning objectivesCollaborates with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create engaging learning contentUtilizes quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and projectsPlans, designs, and develops methods for the assessment and evaluation of training effectivenessDevelops curricula, course outlines, instructional methods, training aids and other materials, with an emphasis on adult learning theories and principlesReviews content regularly for updatesMaintains training content integrity by ensuring all training content is properly branded and fulfills facility and company standardsOther duties as assignedThis is not a remote position.
Qualified candidates for the Training Content Developer should possess the following:
Training and certification in Instructional DesignStrong portfolio of recent content workProficiency with content management software, with Alchemy experience preferredWorking knowledge Microsoft Office Suite, HTML, and graphic design softwareExcellent verbal and written skillsAbility to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detailBasic knowledge of HTML, graphic design software and slide-show software, such as Power-PointApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.
