Frequent travel to our production facilities will be required.
Training Content Developer responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Formulates learning objectives Collaborates with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create engaging learning content Utilizes quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and projects Plans, designs, and develops methods for the assessment and evaluation of training effectiveness Develops curricula, course outlines, instructional methods, training aids and other materials, with an emphasis on adult learning theories and principles Reviews content regularly for updates Maintains training content integrity by ensuring all training content is properly branded and fulfills facility and company standards Other duties as assigned This is not a remote position.
Qualified candidates for the Training Content Developer should possess the following:
Training and certification in Instructional Design Strong portfolio of recent content work Proficiency with content management software, with Alchemy experience preferred Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite, HTML, and graphic design software Excellent verbal and written skills Ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Basic knowledge of HTML, graphic design software and slide-show software, such as Power-Point Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.
