Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer various HR programs and initiatives - Assist with recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires - Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions - Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations - Support organizational change management efforts - Develop and deliver training programs for employees - Assist with talent management initiatives, including performance management and succession planning - Maintain employee records and HR databases - Manage social media platforms for HR communications Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing strategies and techniques - Proficient in employment labor laws and regulations - Excellent conflict management skills - Experience with social media management for HR purposes - Familiarity with Oracle or other HRIS systems - Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications - Knowledge of organization design principles and practices - Experience in training development and delivery - Strong talent management skills, including performance management and succession planning We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.
