COBRA Support Specialist Essential Functions Answers general questions from the COBRA email inbox Answers calls for customers, employers and agents Performs daily payment processing and posting for all Participants Processes COBRA election forms Processes open Enrollment forms Process monthly employer remittance Address and resolve client/participants issues regarding reinstatements/termination and deposits/remittance Processes EOI files Data entry terminations to issue COBRA Notice.
Process rate renewals Must be able to handle multiple platforms and dual computer monitors.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education:
High school education or equivalent required, college courses a plus.
Experience:
COBRA/ FSA/HRA/HSA processing background a plus.
Skills Test:
Candidates will be tested on EXCEL, Word and general aptitude skills.
Licensing:
Not applicable Work Schedule:
Full-time, non-exempt position, 8 a.

to 5:

, Monday thru Friday schedule.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Hybrid work from home after successful training.
