JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare records checks for burial and placements Checking all records for accuracy and completeness Filing of physical records Receives and processes payments and contracts Ordering of, and the control of burial vaults Oversees the processing of interment orders to grounds and maintenance departments Processes accounts payable transactions Assists Location Management, Sales, Family Service Counselors as needed Acts as backup to Phone Receptionist Responds to customer inquiries via telephone MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education High School or equivalent Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Working knowledge of office equipment including computers, calculators, copiers, printers, and fax machines at a level consistent with experience Some typing on typewriter Basic mathematics skills required Good verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and detail oriented High level of compassion and integrity Ability to maintain confidentiality Job Type:
