Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team - Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents - Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist with special projects as assigned Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong administrative and organizational skills - Proficient in file management and record keeping - Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments effectively - Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail - Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles - Knowledge of office procedures and clerical tasks - Typing speed and accuracy Note:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
