Director of Information Technology Kansas City, MO Travel:
Up to 20% of the timeMust-HavesExperience with ERP systems, specifically SAP, is preferred.
Ten years experience leading IT strategy and operations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Able to work in Kansas City corporate office 8-5.
Willing to travel occasionally, up to 15%, with some international travel.
Ability to assess current systems and key needs, determine a course for strategic digital improvement, prioritize, and personally lead implementationIT experience with large organization and collaborating with global teams.
Ability to understand larger, global business needs while also questioning recommendations and requests from German parent-company.
Nice-To-HavesStrong communication skills.
Currently living in the KC metro area with easy commute to corporate office (near the airport)Experience with company manufacturing large capital equipment, particularly packaging or processing machineryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
