As an Acellus Trainer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that public schools receive top-notch training and support to maximize the benefits of our educational solutions.
Your efforts will directly impact the success of students, teachers, and administrators in the public education system.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with public schools to understand their specific educational needs and objectives.
Deliver comprehensive training on Acellus products and services to educators and administrators.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive user experience.
Develop and deliver customized training plans and resources tailored to the unique requirements of each public school partner.
Keep up-to-date with the latest Acellus technology and educational trends to effectively support schools.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in education, training, or customer service.
Strong understanding of the K-12 education system, with experience in public schools being a significant advantage.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Enthusiasm for technology in education and the ability to convey this enthusiasm to others.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
