In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by resolving customer inquiries and maintaining positive relationships.
Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customers' needs and providing appropriate solutions Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Respond to customer emails and live chats in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications Provide accurate product information and assist customers with placing orders Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery updates to customers Process returns and refunds according to company policies and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics to achieve customer service goals Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
