We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join our team.
You will play a crucial role in advocating for our clients and ensuring they receive fair and just treatment.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases types.
Responsibilities:
Conduct client consultations and case evaluations.
Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and prepare compelling defense strategies.
Interview clients, witnesses, and law enforcement officers to gather evidence and build strong cases.
Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases and provide guidance on legal matters.
Uphold the highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
Investigate and gather evidence related to personal injury claims.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters when appropriate.
Stay updated on relevant laws and legal precedents in personal injury.
-Missouri Bar Required (IL, TX, KS Bar a plus) Bilingual Preferred In office position M-F Paid Holidays, Two Weeks of Paid-Time-Off (vacation) Annually, Possible Periodic Performance-Based Bonuses, 401k Matching Job Type:
