WHC KCL, LLC is a next-level experience in transportation - operating throughout North America with a tradition of utilizing the highest quality of vehicles and carrying out operations utilizing the newest of transportation technologies.
WHC KCL, LLC is seeking a General Manager who will provide support, leadership, and direction to assigned operating location to ensure delivery of annual business plans.
He/she will control the daily operation of our limousine and shuttle division in compliance with the policies of the contracting agency and in conformance with company procedures.
Job
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage customer relations through both direct contact and outreach programs.
Identify, select, train and mentor location staff.
Effectively and frequently communicate with location staff and support team members.
Oversee vehicle maintenance plan and ensure fleet availability to meet service requirements.
Prepare and reply to proposals.
Oversee safety and training programs, plans and processes to ensure compliance with company, contract and regulatory requirements.
Maintain client contact routinely to meet or exceed expectations.
Conduct periodic departmental audits.
Daily, weekly and monthly review of key operational metrics.
Ensure all location financial metrics are managed continuously, exceptions are reported, and action plans are developed to ensure the location meets its financial, safety and operational expectations.
Implement, promote, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Participate in employee relations activities.
Provide insight and information to support contract renewals.
Create and present annual budget.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Required:
5 or more years of management and supervisory experience in transportation or hospitality operations.
Experience in the limousine and/or shuttle transportation a plus.
Knowledge of relevant federal and state employment laws.
Thorough knowledge of laws, ordinances, and regulations underlying the transit operation.
Ability to manage cost control and financial/budget experience handling multiple locations Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent presentation skills; ability to influence people at all levels of the organization.
Ability to organize and perform work efficiently; strong attention to detail.
Experience successfully leading operations, developing world-class teams and P&L responsibility of $8M Other Key
