As a Microsoft Support Services Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by promoting and selling Microsoft support contracts to our valued clients.
This position is essential in maintaining and expanding our customer base, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our Microsoft-related services.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand clients' business needs and objectives to tailor Microsoft support solutions accordingly.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations related to Microsoft contracts.
2.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Identify sales opportunities and proactively generate new business.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and contract renewal targets.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, highlighting the value of Microsoft contracts.
3.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products, services, and licensing agreements.
Stay current with Microsoft's evolving technology offerings and updates.
Provide expert guidance to clients on contract options that best suit their needs.
4.
Contract Negotiation and Closing:
Collaborate with clients to negotiate contract terms, pricing, and licensing agreements.
Effectively close deals and secure long-term contracts with clients.
Ensure all contractual documents and paperwork are accurately completed and processed.
5.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Keep in touch with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Provide feedback and insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
Preferred skills and
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven track record in sales and account management, with a focus on Microsoft products and services.
Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, licensing agreements, and support contracts.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
Detail-oriented, with excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Self-motivated and a proactive problem solver.
Experience selling support engineering services, working with a team to provide technical assistance for Microsoft products, upselling support services, and enhancing customer satisfaction through expert resolution of complex issues and strategic sales of tailored support contracts.
Preferably based in Kansas City, with the ability to embrace a hybrid work schedule.
