We are looking to add a new team member to our Finance Department.
Responsibilities:
- Process and post customer payments to appropriate accounts - Prepare and send out invoices to customers - Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions with customers - Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment-related inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or related fields preferred - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts - Familiarity with accounting software such as Quicken, PeopleSoft, Workday, or QuickBooks - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written We offer competitive compensation, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
