Summary:
Sales Engineers are responsible for front line relationships with our customers providing pre-sale technical support for product and application related questions.
Sales Engineers work as a team with Application Engineers, and Inside Sales to provide solutions to each desired customer s needs.
The development of technical competence and application skills in order to be able to recognize opportunities for the products we offer is critical to the position.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Make sales calls on our customer base and develop a relationship based on product knowledge, and trust.
Assist sales associates with preparation of accurate bills of materials and quotations for products, systems, and technical services.
Assist with the Demo process (build, dispatch, maintain) in conjunction with application engineers to be able to solve customer applications and show value.
Qualifications/Requirements:
This position is for a committed man or woman with an engineering mind and a sales personality.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced self-starter capable of identifying applications for products on our line card.
This would include; PLC s, Robotics, Sensors, Thermal Systems, Motion Control, AC Drives, Vision, Bar Code, etc.
Experience with these automation products is also highly desirable.
Bachelor s degree (BSME or BSEE preferred) in a technical discipline preferred with a minimum of 3-5 years industry related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

base 60k-100k/no draw (negotiable) plus Unlimited commission, Bonus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
