Join our journey and be a part of our multitalented team and make a difference in patients lives! We are currently searching for a highly motivated, results focused Cardiovascular Sales Leader (CSL) for our Southwest Region.
The CSL will coach, council, inspire and motivate our Cardiovascular Sales Specialist to effectively engaging hospital accounts, IDNs, Heart Failure Clinics, and office-based HCPs.
We expect you to meet or exceed your regions sales goals to support our Cardiovascular Product launch.
We also expect you to execute our brand strategy while demonstrating our corporate values of Integrity, Innovation, Respect, Transparency, and Ownership.
Our Cardiovascular Sales Leader is field based and will reside in their assigned region.
Ideal locations would be:
Denver, Kansas City, Phoenix.

Summary:
This position will act as an integral member of our Commercial Sales Leadership team by delivering our Cardiovascular product launch sales results through developing and executing strategic business plans.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Building, then leading a team of 8-10 specialty sales professionalsMeet or exceed regional sales goalsCoach, council, inspire and motivate Sales Specialist to succeed in a hybrid environmentUtilizing knowledge and expertise of local market trends, institutions, and key customers to optimize our national strategy to drive business results Utilizing internal resources, such as market data and analysis to shape regional business plans and to provide insight and guidance to territory plans to drive business resultsDeveloping strategic customer relationships with Cardiologists, Hospitalists, Heart Failure Specialists, as well as P&T Committee membersWorking cross-collaboratively with Field Medical, Market Access, Marketing and other partnersProviding ongoing coaching, counseling, performance feedback and inspiration to build a high performing and engaged teamIdentifying and seizing opportunities to build organizational efficiency and process improvements to positively impact business results Ensuring team accountability to all systems and reporting requirement, including call reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree is required, Master s Degree preferred.
Minimum of 12-15 years pharmaceutical sales experience is required.
A minimum of 8-10 specialty sales experience is preferredMinimum 8 years sales leadership experienceTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales goalsPrevious hospital experience preferredPrevious launch experience preferredExperience with IDNs and Market Access preferredExperience in leading teams and delivering business results.
Experience in Cardiovascular sales is preferred.
Excellent leadership and management skills, including employee engagement, coaching and accountability for resultsExcellent knowledge of local marketing in region including key customers and institutionsAbility to develop strategic long-term relationships with customers aimed at helping patients and achieving business results
Benefits:
As a Lexicon employee you receive a base salary, bonus and equity potential, auto allowance, full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, paid holidays, and more.
Annual salary between $180,000 - $200,000; contingent upon experience and qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
